There are extensive measures taken throughout construction to ensure we deliver a quality home. There is a three part checks and balance system in place. Our office staff ensures the materials to be delivered are timely and match the home’s specifications. The field superintendent performs daily inspections to ensure quality performance by our subcontractors as well as adherence to the plans. The in-house Architect performs several inspections throughout the construction process as well as coordinates with the superintendent on any questions that arise. Upon completion, every home owner provides a punch list and we add to the level of service with a one year painting touch-up. Our goal is to meet or exceed all customers’ expectations.

We are a long standing fixture in the community which gives us the advantage of having a proven track record of providing the highest quality customer service.
